Had 2 cups so far today, I might have one more before bed. I've found that it actually relaxes me and helps me sleep too

i used up my bags and went to loose leaf. It DOES taste different and has a bit of an aftertaste...i can see more how some would want to flavor it...but i'm fine with it being plain. If its easy, i'll do it.

So, i have been adding a couple TB to a large french press and drinking that every day...but i'm really not sure how much to be adding.
Anyone know? i'm just going to keep going for it!

Is it possible to drink too much RRL? I drink a 1L pot during the morning but find I want to make another pot in the evening, would that be too much?

I've been finishing up my last box of pregnancy tea (main ingredient is red raspberry leaf), and have been having two cups a day, brewed double strength. I think I only have a few days worth left, so then it will be on to the RRL.

I think, or what I'm doing, is 2 tsp rrl for each cup of water used. In my french press, it ends up being 10-12... Not positive which at the moment. I think I used 12 last night. Then one half to one whole tsp per cup for any of the other herbs you add.

Goddess, sometimes I have BH and sometimes not... It seemed to happen a lot more until recently, for whatever reason. Your uterus must be really well-toned, maybe?!

You're welcome!

I spoke too soon. Mine have been very apparent today. Lots of walking though. I'll share them.

I've been drinking like 4 cups a day (i drink it cold, don't know if it makes a difference) and I've never gotten BH afterwards.

my routine so far (have only done it twice but it lasts me for like a week)

i make a huge pot of it in the morning (like 20 cups water and 20 tea bags) and add 1-2 tablespoons cinnamon (because i hear its good for blood sugar?) let it steep all day (maybe 10 hours or so) and then put it in a container and let it refridgerate overnight and voila! RRL iced tea that lasts about 5 or 6 days

I make one pot (approx 32oz) a day and add 1-2 tbsp RRL, 1 Tbsp nettles,
1/2 TBSP peppermint, 1/2 tbsp chamomile (to relax me in the evening), sometimes a pinch of hibiscus to change it up...

My friend told me a tbsp for every cup....

I need to get some cinnamon granules man they taste great in the tea!

What about the drops? I bought a vial of extract that has a dropper. They say the dosage is 30-40 drops in a little water. I do that about twice a day now.

No idea about the drops... Did you try google? I'd do what it say on the bottle otherwise, unless you have a midwife you can ask.

I just started drinking RRL. 3 cups a day! I also noticed that my prenatal vitamins that I've been taking all this time contains a small amount of RRL. Whoo-hoo!

Still drinking mine! Just 2 cups a day though, I'm sure I could be drinking more but I guess 2 cups is better than none

I hear ya. I've had days where I drink a pitcher and some where I've had none. Hey, whatever I can manage to get in at this point, I'm happy. I'm trying to stay on it now... It's much easier with the sugar & lemon.

I just started drinking two cups brewed really long and double strength. I don't know if it's connected or not, but my braxton hicks contractions have really picked up since I started brewing it so strong. I read recently that RRL is supposed to "focus" BH contractions.
