Mine came w/ a book of recipes that are great, my favorite is the wheat w/ gluteun & the raisin bread. Amazon also has some breadmaker books, but I have not tried any, at my altitude it is hard to use multiple recipes.

I just add about a T or two more of liquid and a smidge more yeast (1/4t or so).

I have a recipe I LOVE but you do the baking in the oven, does the bread machine you got have the dough feature ?

I've used this recipe to make rolls, bread and cinnamon bread. I think i'm going to pull out out tomorrow morning & make some. I haven't baked since before my sons accident/hospital stay.

Mostly I just have used the recipes that came in the booklet with the machine, this one came through a homeschool group friend. She has used it for pizza dough, homemade "hot pockets" etc.
