Product/Service name: Christopherus Homeschool Resources Practical Waldorf at Home: Kindergarten with your Three to Six Year Old

Brief description of product/service: A 99 or so page booklet that gives a lot of information about the kindergarten-aged child (as well as differences between the 3, 4, 5, and 6 year old), ideas for integrating homeschooling into family life, typical day routines, elements of the day, etc.

Store/Site of purchase: http://www.christopherushomeschool.org/

Price: $29.00.

How long have you used this product/service? A few weeks.

Performance: So far, so good! This is really a wonderful resource for any Mom who is thinking of homeschooling for preschool or kindergarten. I'd recommend buying this first, before you consider purchasing any of the more expensive curricula out there. She talks a lot about making this work for your family--with whatever situation you have. She's realistic... talks about phasing out TV... the fact that toys from Toys-R-Us might work for your family, etc.

I like how she gives you great ideas on how to work with model/beeswax... how to do wet-on-wet painting... how to set up a nature table, etc. There's advice on storytelling as well as texts for storys and songs included.

Quality: First rate content. Book is a spiral bound, paper book with a cardstock cover.

Customer Service/Communication: Never dealt with...but shipping was very quick.

Would you purchase this product/service again? Yes. I'd purchase other books from her.

Have you made a complaint to the company about the product/service? If yes, please provide details of any resolution or lack thereof. Nope.

Additional Comments: Once again, I highly recommend this for any Mom considering homeschooling their three to six year old... and even for Moms who plan to send their kids to school. I think they'd find great ideas of stuff to do with their kids when they're not in school.

I give it (How many thumbs up out of five?):

Mom to DS(8), DS(6), DD(4), and DS(1).  "Kids do as well as they can."
