i've been cramping off and on for the past couple days.. didn't really worry at all
but today it's been really hurting.. i'm not spotting at all
do you think it's stress?
should i call my midwife?.. i don't want to bug her for something dumb

Have you been drinking enough water? I bet that's it. Go drink two VERY tall glasses of water and chill out on the couch on your left side. See what happens and if there is no change within an hour I'd call your MW.

i just started to cry when you said you'll be thinking about me..

Same here. I was really crampy a few days ago when I had to go outside and shovel some snow. I didn't do a lot, but it was enough to make me crampy. After some rest and water, it felt better the next day.

aha.. i forgot that's when it started.. when i shoveled snow..it really wasn't much at all.. just enough to get my car out
