Does anybody have any experience taking it? I take it every 6 hours and most of the time about an hour before I'm supposed to take my next dose i start getting regular pretty painful contractions 2-3 minutes apart. I'm not sure if i should take it every 5 or so hours or just let it be?

I don't have any experience, but I wouldn't mess with your dosage without talking to a Pharmacist or Doctor. Your Pharmacist may know more than your doctor about it.

I've seen it dosed as frequently as every 4 hours in the hospital.
I think you're safe to take it every 5, but I would make sure I called whoever prescribed it (OB, I assume) and let them know what is going on. Are you getting enough water?? Are you resting (horizontally) enough???
