I've been having contractions off and on for the past 2 days, well 3 now I guess. I started to track them last night around 11:30 and watched for almost 2 hours and they were all under 10 minutes apart. Called MW and she said it was up to me if I wanted to go up there or not.

I decided to lie down to see if they stopped because that usually makes them go away, but it didn't. So around 1am I called her back and said we would go up there.

Long story short...it was still really early on so she said I could rest at the birthing center or rest at home and come back when they are stronger and whatnot. I was still only 1cm and thinned out just a little bit more than I was earlier in the week. I chose to rest back at home...we left there at almost 5:30am and got home around 6:30 and got breakfest then went to bed. I woke up at 2pm and still have the contractions, I'm about to start timing them again. She thinks I will be back sometime today with the stronger ones. Lets hope!

Poor DS was up all night with us and didn't fall asleep on the long car ride home :shock It took a while to get him to go to sleep, he was sooo tired.

*Update*

Still no baby Still having the regular contractions, but they aren't getting any stronger. They only get strong when I walk around, but calm down once I sit and relax.

So now I'm just waiting for something stronger to kick in. Come on baby!

Thanks for all the vibes

**Another Update**

Talked to my MW. We agreed these contractions aren't doing anything for me. They get stronger when I stand or walk, but go back to uneventful when I sit or lie down. When I walk around the top of my belly gets really achy, she thinks its my uterus being tired from all of these contractions I've been having.

She suggested trying to get them to stop so my uterus gets a break and I can rest up for when strong ones kick in, which can still be at any time. She suggested some wine and a warm bath before I go to bed tonight. If they haven't stopped from that she would like me to go to the birthing center to try some homepathic remedies.

She said she has something that with either make them stop, or kick it up to active labor. Anyone know what that is? I forgot to ask her.

This makes me feel so defeated...I just wanna meet my baby. Not to mention get labor and delivery over with and just not be pregnant anymore.
