So has she ever come back? I haven't seen her here in awhile, I don't think (not that I've done an exhaustive search or anything!) That's one long vacation!

Oh, sheesh! I'm so sorry to worry you all!!!! Oh, man!

Let's see, this has just been super busy. Right around my U/S my internet connection was really spotty & then it just went out totally. I should have logged on somewhere else to let you know I was going on vacation & wouldn't be around!

We went to visit my mom & grandma in Florida for a couple weeks. It was wonderful but busy and tiring.

We all got sick... like knock down drag out sick. We all lost weight & lost about a week of life!

Also, my sweet baby nephew had open heart surgery & my father had surgery, too. It was just a lot of support needed.

Now, things have settled down, but I find myself wondering how to justify being online when I can't seem to figure out how to do everything that needs doing & STILL clean my kitchen and fold laundry.

If only we could post while doing the dishes!

I am so so so so sorry to worry you all!

Yay! Spark's alive!
Ah, I'm sure we all spend too much time on the internet. I'm sorry things have been so hectic. I hope they settle down sometime soon.

Im glad that things are ok, though hectic and a few spotty issues.
Just remember you HAVE to take some time to yourself sometimes.

Oh, man, it's just one of those when it rains it pours kind of periods right now. I guess it's just life though!

I started gushing blood late this morning. After a lovely trip to the hospital, I've been diagnosed with a placental abruption.

I am ready for boring. Boring. Boring times with nothing to do! Pelvic rest wasn't exactly what I had in mind!

I'm missed you guys a lot! I need to poke around & see how all of you have been!

Yeah, I hope it's not the Mothering gods punishing me for not checking in for such a long time!!!!

I gushed blood & clots initially. Now, it's just light spotting. They can't diagnose how much of the placenta abrupted, but they have to assume it wasn't a major portion. The baby seemed fine.

I can't believe they would have sectioned you if you were just a few weeks further along. That is insane. It's like, "We'll take the baby at this point, but before that, we'll just let you bleed and hope for the best." Wow. I'm glad it's lessening now.
