Has anyone else had this, I feel so icky and really don't have an appetite at all. I think I remember this from last time. Is it just hormonal adjustment? Sometimes during or before a period I will feel bleck in the same way so that is probably it but is anyone else struggling with this?

I had that for about a week with both babies! I had to really force myself to eat at the beginning. Now I'm ravenous all the time

I didn't have nausea but definitely didn't have much interest in food for several days after the birth. It must be a hormonal thing. It has gotten somewhat better but I am not ravenous like I remember being last time.
