The Twins

Just thought that I would let everyone know that they are doing fantastic. The third baby is completely gone. I have a small bleed up high, but I am just taking it easy. Cervix is closed. They think that both of the placenta's will be anterior, which will make things harder to palpate later on, but as long as my BABIES!! are healthy, I will deal with it!

That's all. Feeling better and I have lots of help everyday now that I have asked for it. People are over watching the kids and making food everyday. I have whole hours now without feeling sick, and I am only throwing up once in the morning.

Sarah, they look perfect! I am so happy for you. I had the most horrible m/s with the twins last time but it magically went away at 14 weeks. Hang in there and eat whatever you can! Just gain weight on anything you can stomach.

Blessed mama of four

I was just thinking about you this morning. Thanks for the update and congratulations.

Seeing the twin ultrasound takes me back to my own twin pregnancy... I'm getting a little teary-eyed!

Keep us posted!

That's so cool! What a clear picture. It almost, almost makes me want twins but not quite!

Mom of a 7 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. Wow. How did that happen?

It is arms that you are seeing. Both of the babies were moving their little paddle hands and feet around. I couldn't even stand it, they are so cute! My husband was in tears. It is so amazing to think that I am going to have two babies (and slightly terrifying!)

Sarah,
Congratulations on the twins. Peace to you and your family about baby C.

I clicked on your doula link, and the quote made me teary eyed. . . the one that "We have a secret in our culture, and it's not that birth is painful. It's that women are strong."

How wonderful!! Did you conceive naturally, or were you taking drugs? Just curious. I bet having 2 babies growing inside you is such an exciting time!!

Congratulations, Sarah, it *is* so amazing! Give a pat to A and B for me, cute little paddlers! I am happy to hear you are feeling somewhat better, too, that's great.

Thanks for sharing the picture. It's beautiful and congratulations on your two healthy babies!

I'm slightly jealous. I haven't even seen my midwife yet (first appointment is the 15th) and we're not sure if we're doing an ultrasound with this pregnancy. (Maybe just one cause I'm wanting to know gender, but I know that's not a good enough reason.) But at least on the 15th I'll be able to hear a heartbeat. So happy for you that your twins are doing well and you got to see them!
