I feel bad for not reading the threads of the mamas who've had to leave us, but the tiniest thing sets me off crying lately. I get a catch in my throat just reading the thread titles.

I also feel bad because I haven't been able to even look at the threads about the MDC mamas who've passed away.

My apologies and s to those who've had worries in this DDC. You have been in my thoughts even if I haven't told you so before.

I'm crying all the time. Commercials, seeing my kids do things together, thinking someone's upset with me, hearing something upsetting. Everything is causing me to cry!

Oh my goodness, everything has set me off lately too. I work at a pet store and people tell me stories about their animals all day long. Whether it's sad or just plain adorable, I get teary eyed. Just looking at random things makes me want to cry!

Divorced mama to baby girl (7/5/06) and baby boy (8/5/08) Into anything fun and creative!

I just got choked up watching Al Franken's political ad.

Decluttering SAHM of three. Going for 2011 items in 2011.

The weeping is beyond belief. It's so so bad. And mood swings too. Crankiness with my kids and then one little moment where they do or say something sweet and I burst into tears. It's ridiculous how raw and emotional I feel. When my husband gets even a tiny bit defensive with me, I cry and say I can't take it, don't fight with me. He just has to crack up, if that's "fighting" he's going to have to be on very very good behavior.

But, unlike you, I'm totally drawn to every morbid, heart-wrenching story out there. I keep reading tragic things in the paper. And I'm not like that. I usually totally avoid that kind of stuff. I think its cathartic for me right now or something. Like I just need to cry so I'm drawn to the sad stuff so that I can just have a good cry for whoever is suffering. It's terrible. Dh says to stop it but I can't.

I see I'm not the only one I sound like a little bit of everyone. At least we're all "normal"

I read a letter from Samaritan's purse or a story in a magazine and the tears fall. It is pretty hard to explain to a 3yo that thinks tears are because I got an owie.

I cried while watching Look Who's Talking, I cried just because the other day. This week I'm not as emotional but I am pretty cranky and snappy at people at work. I think we're normal.

I'm with zona. "Weepy" is such an understatement. I'm not only balling, but STRESSED - anxious, easily scared, feeling like I just can't be pregnant anymore. Unbelievable.

When we've heard stories before about the "glow of pregnancy," were we being lied to? Really - I'm asking.

Well, you do have other stuff going on.

Until this accursed cold I was doing pretty well on the glow-front thanks to being so happy.

Now, I am no longer a woman but just a set of four faucets, 1 of which runs continually, 2 of which get turned to full by the slightest hint of something emotional, and 1 that is operating twice as frequently as before.

I cried the other day when I couldn't get the pepper mill to crack pepper onto my eggs...what an adventure. Now my DH watches me use the pepper mill or he offers to do it like in a restaurant.

Definitley. I started crying reading an article about a mama pumping and sending her milk to her baby while stationed in Afganistan.

Mom of a 7 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. Wow. How did that happen?
