Has anyone experienced this? I have been sitting at my desk at work all day and when I got up just now I could barely stand. It feels like round ligament pain from earlier in the pregnancy but much more intense and wide spread. I can't make them go away. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

I experience the same thing after sitting for too long at my desk. Check your positioning. You may need to sit with your legs spread and pillow behind your back.

It can be ligaments or also baby's head pressing on your cervix creating dilation.

Mom of a 7 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. Wow. How did that happen?

I'm due the 15th, so it could be connected to labor. Thanks for the responses--glad to know it's normal.
