when calling their family and friends?

Every time I call my mom its the first question she asks.

Mom of a 7 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. Wow. How did that happen?

We're not due until the end of the month so frankly everyone has forgotten about me for now lol.

I'm sure at the end of the month it will be a different story.

7th Heaven here we come! Due date early May

No, but people don't usually call me.

I do keep running into people and they've started saying, "You haven't had that baby YET?!"

Which is kind of odd. Yes, I'm huge. Yes, it's hot. But he's not even 'overdue' yet. I'm only, like, 38 1/2 weeks.

I think I would have to tell them "why yes I have, what makes you think I haven't?" ;-)

No, because I'm not answering my phone except for the man and my mom. Both of them are smart enough not to ask.

Me! Whenever I pick up the phone and say hello I hear 'That baby's not here yet?!?!?!' It's so annoying. I finally told my sisters to quit asking - they've all had kids, they should know better! I really need to invest in caller ID.

I also get the constant parade of people at work coming by my desk to see if I'm there. They all feel the need to stop and chat about it too. One looks at my nose every day because she says that's a sign labor's close, if your nose looks spread out. Sheesh! As if I need people inspecting my mug nowadays.

I know! Everytime I talk to someone, they're like, "SO...any news?" Don't you think it would be the first thing out of my mouth???
Even with Facebook updates referring to my still-preg status, I am getting emails/messages asking if I'm still with child. Part of me thinks I should start messing with people, hee hee...

I'm thinking of changing our answering machine in a couple of weeks to say something like, "You have reached the XX family. The number of babies delivered in the past four years is (in a deep voice) ZERO. Please try again later."
