I have never felt down like this before. I don't feel interested in anything.I'm terriefied of getting full blown PPD. I have a 2 1/2 month old and a 2 1/2 year old and I feel like my life is this monotonous stream of reoccuring events. My back, shoulder, chest, and arm hurt like crazy from holding a 14 lb. baby all the time. My sinuses are killing me from allergies. Please tell me there is an end in sight.

This does get better. I try to find something that makes me feel worth more when this happens. It can be anything, starting a new craft project, completing an old project, getting the house cleaned even if just one room very clean.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Jenn

there is nothing wrong with asking for help, emotionally or just with the day to day things that are overwhelming you. I needed to, and I'm starting to feel better. Having a toddler and a tiny baby is so hard. I feel the same way. Sometimes I just want to run away and hide in a little hole somewhere. Try to be kind to yourself, take a bubble bath and let your dp care for the littles while you get a mini rest. This helps me.

I am not crunchy enough for this forum. Everyday I get a little crunchier though! :

Being right is not always fair, but being fair is always right
