I am officially full term as of today. Of course there are no signs of impending labor, but...... it could happen any day and everything would be fine!

Anyone else 37 weeks?

I'm 37 weeks today too! I haven't had any signs of labor either. Funny how I kinda envisioned things just all of a sudden "happening" with the whole full term/full moon thing. Today I had a ton of energy and felt pretty good overall though!

Although I feel a lot less worried about running up and down stairs and doing a little more work around the house, knowing that if she did come it would be ok (and at home)!

c-section actually.... I have way too much scar tissue from previous surgeries to make it safely through labor. We have the amnio scheduled for Wed morning to make sure the lungs are mature and then the c-section is scheduled Friday morning at 10 am!!!!!!! I will be 37w5d. That is exactly when my ds1 was born

4 days left! not counting today cause its almost over

Congrats!

I'm "full term" now too and it's comforting to be here. I don't expect baby for another month though.... Congrats to you on being so close!!!

Don't mind criticism. If it is untrue, disregard it; if unfair, keep from irritation; if it is ignorant, smile; if it is justified it is not criticism, learn from it.

I'm 37 weeks and 4 days today, and I do not feel ready! Nor does it feel like she's going to be here any minute now. I am deeply relieved to be full-term because it makes me feel like no matter what, she's gonna be OK, and because as soon as I hit 37 weeks, my homebirth plans became legal. But, especially since she's my first, I'm not really expecting to see her for weeks yet! I can still walk without feeling her head down in my pelvis, and no contractions, and as of last week, no dilation... so I think she gets to cook for a while longer still

Which is good because I still have to wash everything for the homebirth kit - I got extra sheets and cheap towels and the like but everything is fresh from Costco and needs to be laundered and carefully put away and labelled. I remember being a powerful, purposeful executive not very long ago - when did doing laundry become a big deal effort and the major accomplishment of my day???? Thank god I'm not working.

I too am at 37 weeks..... though like I told my DH last night I don't think I'll feel ready for a couple more weeks...... and then the baby will probably make me wait another week after that LOL!

Yep I am there!!! My midwife is actually thinking I am closer to 38 weeks, I have measured ahead by 2 weeks the whole time, my ultra sound put me a week ahead and this baby isn't small! So... perhaps I will actually be a September mommy??? I still like you October mommy's...so I am sticking around here.

37 weeks here too! It seems really hard to believe. This is my first so I don't really think she'll be here any time soon. But its so great to know that I can have my homebirth at any time now

: Congrats Ladies!!!

Seems like we've got another group of us in the "3 weeks till term" category too! It will be such a relief when having contrx to know that if it was "it" it'd be good to go!

I'm also full term. I'm hoping this little guy stays in until the 1st of October (I don't know why I'm so dead set on him being an October baby, but it just never occurred to me that he could come earlier than that). However, if he plans on moving out sooner, I'm all for it. I can't wait to meet him!!!!!

I am 37 weeks too! It is exciting but scary too. I thought I had 2 more weeks but at my home visit Friday my midwife predicted birth would happen next week!

I am trying to adjust to being ready a week earlier, just in case she is correct.

Denial mode is over. There is and active baby coming our way and our whole family will be changed forever!

This is #3 for us.

I'll be 37 weeks this coming Sunday. This kiddo hasn't slowed down a bit so I'm fully expecting a 40+ weeker like all my other babes....even though going earlier would be fine with me. This is my last week of work and I've got two more exams to take for school but after that I'm going to deep clean my room/bathroom and really get ready for this sweet girl's arrival.
