Merry Christmas to all, and I want to share with you the deep peace I feel, today and every day, of having left my son intact.

Yes, Merry Christmas to you too! I have only 1 intact son. Was way too uninformed the first two times. Fighting for more info to be given to new moms!

ITA. It makes me happy to know that, although my baby will face pain in life that I cannot protect him from, I have protected him from this particular physical injury.

Happy Holidays to all.So happy as well that my son is intact and normal, and hopefully none of his relatives will get their knives on him in the future.
Take care!

Well, yes, but actually God and/or Mother Nature already gave them that gift, and we merely preserved it (but it makes me so happy that I did).
