It is good that they conclude there is a need for better study on complications, something this community has been saying for a long time. Too bad they are only looking at the narrow area of gross complications seen during early childhood.
It would be much better if they included complications in adults as well. There certainly is a lot of anecdotal information that suggests a range of ocmplications, some one could argue as pretty severe, that arise form circumcision. Skin bridges, penises bent by skin too tight, etc.
I also don't like their conclusions. They believe it just requires better training, it doesn't seem to occur to the authors that you shouldn't be doing this in the first place.
