Do you mean a link between being circed and not sleeping through the night by 12mo?
Neither of my girls were sleeping through at 12mo. And neither were the majority of babies in our mother's group.
Consistently sleeping through the night (defined as six hours without waking) is a milestone but it is totally developmentally normal for babies to wake through the night http://kellymom.com/parenting/nighttime/sleep/
I don't know if there is any studies showing links to sleep. My daughter slept through at 4 months and my son at 4.5 months and he was a lot smaller born (8lb 12 vs 5lb 4) They were just good sleepers. I see that entirely as good luck and a good swaddling wrap. Granted both are intact as God made them, but my son has ASD and became a bad sleeper later.
