Is there any way to start lobbying for genital integrity for all children? I was just watching Lifetime and they showed a commercial at the end of a movie with Meryl Streep imploring people to help end FGM, and I commented to dh that you never see anything on tv about stopping MGM. I know I'm not genius, and not the first to think of this, but is there a group that's working towards this?

There is several groups but they lack funding to go as far as TV-commercials. Besides think of the storm that would arise if there was a TV-commercial saying that RIC is harmfull...

Here are some organisations;

NOCIRC has come up with TV ads supporting intactness. You can contact them and get more info on how to get them onto your local TV channels (public access, free public interest spots, etc.)
