Obviously, less drastic forms of treatment would be preferred over circ!!!!!

What he needs to do is start gentle stretching. Gently pull the foreskin open until it wont go farther it dosnt need to hurt. He does need to do this serveral times a day. He can also go to a intact friendly dr and get steroid cream (called betamehtazone) this will make things more elastic and can help the stretching go faster. He definatly does not need to be circed. That would be like removing the whole fingernail to fix a hangnail. What he has is not common but most definatly not unheard of either.

One of our members here Revamp had this condition of tight foreskin and totally fixed it with stretching after being advised he needed to be circed. You could try pming him. I am sure if he sees this tho he will chime in.

A tight foreskin doesn't automatically need an invasive full-blown circumcision. Daily, ongoing stretching should be tried first. If that fails to give him relief, sometimes a small surgical incision is all that is needed to make the foreskin retract properly. He should research different treatment options first before he opts for the most aggressive form of treatment.

I would make sure hes aware of his option's by giving him a website link, but hes an adult, so if he would like a circumcision I don't think people should try to hard to talk him out of it. Someone left him intact and gave him his choice as an adult tho i think its a shame adults geting circ'd who have no idea that they could use stretching exersises.
