It's very telling that for the Egyptian (and most countries that practice female circ) that circumcision of the male and female is not seen as different. It's the same.

As the woman says in the video: 50 pounds for boys, 100 pounds for girls.

They even parrot the "they don't feel a thing with modern medicine!" argument that many pro-circ advocates make.

While I abhor children being circumcised, at least the Egyptians are consistent in their genital cutting whereas the US, sharply condemns female circ but inexplicably defends male circ.

It's amazing how they say the same things about girls that are said about boys here in the US. Very sad. No one should have to go through that.
