Need help with son's penis injury

Yesterday my uncircumcised five year old told me last minute in the car that he had to go to the bathroom. Well in attempt to not have an accident he squeezed his penis thinking that would stop urine from coming out. I'm not sure if he squeezed too hard or retracted it or something but he cried for quite a while about it hurting.

He was complaining about it today. There's a part that looks very shiny (new skin/cut looking) and he says that part stings. Does this sound like he retracted it a bit and hasn't got the foreskin back over it? Not sure how he or I get it back if that's the case.

Where is the injured part? Under his foreskin on the glans?

It's on the tip of his penis. Today it has a scab on it. Do you think a plastic water bottle would make a cut on his penis? That's the only thing we had in the car so he peed in that. I'm sure he didn't carefully put his penis in the water bottle as he had to go bad and waited way too long to tell me he had to go.

I don't know what happened, but he scratched it somehow, and if it has a scab, it's healing. I wouldn't worry about it anymore.
