That being male partners of course since nearly all females in this country are protected.

Mom of a 7 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. Wow. How did that happen?

Circed but wishes he wasn't. He is a bit miffed that his mother made a decision about his penis without his consent. In the future any baby boys will remain intact.

circ. He has no issue with being circ....as he has nothing to compair it with. Has never heard of restoring and I will not bring it up unless he approaches me.

Our sons are intact. Dh thinks circ is not necessary.

Circ. It is horrible too! He has all the hair issues and pain. He didn't even know what was wrong till I started researching circ. because of the issues with our DS's circ:

He is SO mad about it now. He brought it up with his mom and she said "I was never so glad as when they took you and cut that UA violation off of you. Men don't need all that extra stuff hanging on them." : Now he is mad at her.

He agreed we would never circ another boy EVER!

Then he ordered a TLC tugger. Maybe he will stick with it

DH was circ'd at age 3 or 4. When we found out how horrifying it is when pregnant with our son, he got very upset that he was circ'd. He tried restoring with T-Tape, but stopped because he said it was annoying. He wants to buy a TLC tugger or similar device but hasn't yet.

Bravo! Lots of good links in the restoration sticky above.

My DP is circ'd, and thus far has shown no interest whatsoever in restoring.

Intact but he's Austrian so I know how lucky I am. His brother was born in Austrilla so was his sis, his dad travelled a lot. His mom refused to come to America when she was pregos with DH and waited till he wass 2 before moving here for a year then they all went back to Austria till he was 14 so I know I am lucky if he was born here it may be a diffrent situation.

Circ'ed but not upset about it. Very supportive of not circ'ing our sons, however. I actually was noncommittal (due to being undereducated) with our first baby, and left it up to him to make the final decision. His take was, "Why perform unnecessary surgery on a newborn? That doesn't even make sense."

So we didn't, and I am so glad.

dh is circ, and is restoring.
He's as pro-intact as I am. He proudly wore his "stop circumcision" wrist band until the red lettering came off
And HE was the one who said no circ when we were first pregnant in 2002.
I am so thankful for him :

My husband is exactly the same way. He is also adamant about not circing our children (it was actually him that turned me into a no-circ person!).

DH is circ'ed but we didn't know it until we were looking at his baby book! He has a lot of foreskin and we didn't realize it.

DH's conversation with MIL: "But Mom, I've seen the pictures...I look like picture A!"

Apparently they left him intact b/c FIL is, but then he "had problems peeing" and had to be circ'ed around 2 mos. old.

So, I guess it's good that they left as much foreskin as possible even though it was probably an unnecessary circ. DH likes to say they just "took a little off the top." On the plus side, it made it easy to convince him not to circ DS, because he always thought he was intact!

DH is circ'd and not happy about it. He has read all about restoring and has started the process somewhat--that means he does it when he thinks about it or when I mention it.

circ'd
he sees no problem with it and yelled at me when i told him our son wasnt missing any body parts (we were in different states when he was born...) when i finally got him to realize what i said. especially his influence now, he thinks im crazy for not doing it, she also has him convinced theres something wrong because babies are supposed to be retractable at ...BIRTH!! gah!! : (oh shes got 2 circd teen sons, she knows *so* much abot intactn toddlers!! ) but then he also doesnt sit around saying our sons penis is ugly or anything, he just has a bro 5 yrs younger who is intact (i still wish i could find out why :sigh: ) and they sent their whole lives teasing each other, and theyre one of each, so he thinks it looks better.
but the good thing is, he hasnt mentioned doing it to this baby yet, maybe hes given up? i dunno
