Nope...not you at all

It's just been a really long day of mainstream circumcision debates and too many orders that I had to get ready for shipping!!

I am informed already on both sides of the fence of this issue. You seem to be foregtting that this isn't your child, it's mine.
You seem to be forgetting that it's YOUR SON'S penis, NOT YOURS. You have NO right to have a part of your son's genitals removed without his consent. It is wrong wrong, WRONG!

What's worse is you have the information right in front of you. Right in front of you. So many mothers have done this in ignorance, and they would give anything to take the decision back.. and YOU know better!

Circumcision is child abuse. It is genital mutilation. It is evil. And you know that. Yet, you choose it anyway. You will have no excuse when your son asks you WHY.

I think w/ parents who say "this is my child, not yours", you're pretty much starting from scratch, because you have to start w/ them realizing the core value that our children are not our property when it comes to permanently altering their genitals w/out their knowledge and consent (first you educate, then you get approval) to suit *your* desires. We don't own their bodies, we are merely their custodians. I hope this gives that mother-to-be a pause for thought by echoing by PPs the same sentiment.

Just in case:
