Since Tuesday, my feet, ankles, and lower legs(mostly my left one) are swelling during the day. I go to bed, wake up and then they are fine until I get up and moving about. I didn't have this with dd. I was in St. Thomas from Sat-Wed. and got a real bad burn on my shins. I was thinking maybe it was from that. It just seems so early for this to start.

Anyone else have this already or have had it this early? Any suggestions?

Not in your DDC but wanted to give you s

I had swelling in my feet and hands for 2 days when it was really hot out a couple weeks ago. I was about 16 weeks then. It has been cooler here lately and I haven't had any trouble.

About burning your shins.....I did that 2 years ago so badly that the front of my legs were one big blister. They swelled up so badly I couldn't even walk because it hurt so bad and felt like my skin was going to tear into peices. Your swelling definately could be from that.

Yup, every day, all the time. I'm almost 14 weeks. My doc's MA said it was fine as long as the swelling goes down at night.

All I can say is that its going to be a LONG 6 more months.

Yep, dealing with it here, too. I work at a desk 8 hours a day, and at least twice a week, I'm sewing for a few hours at home, so my poor feet and ankles do get a bit swollen. My MW said it was normal, and that really all that can be done is for me to wear compression stockings. Unfortunately, I'm in south Texas and it's already in the 90's most days. There is NO WAY I'm adding another layer! I just put an upside-down garbage can under my desk at work and try to keep my feet propped up as much as possible.

The swelling is pretty much gone as my sunburn has faded. So, I think it was that. And I am hoping it doesn't come back.
