A friend of ours invited us to a playdate at her house and one of her friends has a dd about Lana's age who will be receiving the MMR vaccine earlier that day. Is the MMR one of the vaccines that sheds? Lana has had no shots and I don't want to put her at risk of it shedding.

Personally, I think the risk is very minimal with the MMR. Dd is in daycare and has been in close contact with lots of shedding kiddos, and it has never been an issue for us I think I would be more concerned about her friend not feeling up to a play date so soon after the vax.
