Rubella shots are never given to pregnant women, due to live virus. If she was planning TTC, then she technically could get tested and immunized at least four weeks prior to TTC.

The drs usually give it in the hospy immediately following birth.

instead of injecting tons of toxins into the human body, the logical thing would be to make sure that if you plan to have kids, you have had rubella. There have been no accurate studies on how long things like aluminium, formaldehyde, unlnown viruses, and God knows what else in the MMR stay in the human body.
