I asked on a local forum and no one seemed to know the answer. I live in PA and have exempted my son from vaccines in his private school. Last summer, he went to camp there so I did not have to fill out another health form. I wasn't that happy with the camp experience there though so I am thinking of taking him to a different camp. I am only familiar with the vaccine exemption as far as it applies to schools, but what about to camp? This camp does have a school on the premises, but not sure if the affiliation is different than my son's current school's camp to it's school.

I really don't know, but I think I'd just print off one of the generic exemption letters and sign it and send it in w/ his stuff and act like it was totally normal/no big deal. Thats what I did when I applied my DS for pre-school and nobody has said a word...
