My daughter is beginning a church preschool/daycare this summer.  In Ohio, do they accept philosophical waivers if they aren't a public institution?

I'm not sure, but DS was in daycare when he was little. All we had to do was write "We do not vaccinate" on the medical form we filled out and that was it. We had him enrolled in online school for a while and all we had to do there was sign a form that we didn't vax and fax it with the rest of the forms. So far, Ohio has been very easy as far as exemptions go.

Ours did.  I think they have the right decline, but we had no issues whatsoever.
