Are allergy shots in the same category as vaxes?  If I have a religious exemption for the kids for vaxes, does that mean we also can't do allergy shots?  Or is it considered differently.  I don't want to do anything to jeopardize the religious exemption we have.

No they are considered different. Although I will say that it does raise a good question. If your resons for not vaxing are about not injecting foreign substances into the body - why not consider sublingual allergy drops?? Mainstream allergists use them and they are very effective

You are not obligated to disclose that you got allergy shots for the kids.  Your doctor is not allowed to disclose that without your permission.
