Hi

I want to enroll my tot in a local pre school for a few hr a week. They have asked me for an immunization record so I am assuming  I need to fill out an exemption form? but I can't seem to find one on the web.

Also, I would love any suggestions on what to write?!

Do I need to contact a vax lawyer?!

Thanks!

This guy helps get religious exemptions as Ny's law is not so simple.  I know of another mom who wrote to him and got help and he called her to let her know it was approved, and the school already had a copy. It also may depend on the director of the place, too...do they accept exemptions?

Gary can be difficult to work with, but he knows more than anyone about getting a NY exemption.

I'll PM you the form.

I just received a religious exemption for my son who will be entering kindergarten in september. I wrote my letter with the help of Gary Krasner. He can be very gruff on the phone and that is why I only worked with him via email. However, I would not submit a letter without Gary approving it first. He knows exactly what you should and should not put in your letter which will hopefully get it approved.

Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck!

I actually just enrolled my daughter today into kindergarten.

she has been vaccinated to some degree to the age of 3 I think ......I havent done anymore nor have I EVER my youngest daughter. I simply had to put a statement on the back of her vaccine card stating under religious waiver

I do not belive in vaccines

Then I signed my name

;)

I have two boys in the NY public school system, with religious exemptions. No problems at all. But, we did a ton of research on what others had written. It was never even questioned. We didn't consult a lawyer, but you may want to.

theres a webinar coming up on how to write a valid legal exemption letter.

https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/502090770?utm_source=How+T+Write+A+Valid+Vaccine+Waiver&utm_campaign=Dr+Eisenstein+on+Vaccines+on+the+Alex+Jones+Show&utm_medium=email

here's what it will cover:

Quote:
Dr Eisenstein will discuss and answer questions:

Will I be able to legally avoid the  Flu Vaccine?
What is a philosophical objection to vaccines?
What is a medical exemption to vaccines?
What is a religious exemption to vaccines?
Can I give some of the mandated vaccines and not others?
What is a personal religious exemption?
If I home school my children do I have to give childhood vaccines?
Can the state decide if your religious exemption is valid?
