and in the same breath tried to convince me to do DTP if, in the fall, there are outbreaks of pertussis. uh, 1) there are ALWAYS outbreaks of pertussis in the fall. 2) DD will be 1.5 years old and out of the extreme "danger" zone. 3) you JUST told me vaxes are bad (well, sort of).

on the upside, at least he isn't a blind sheep about vaccines. and he also told me, when i asked, that measles used to be a normal disease of childhood and it's pretty stupid to vaccinate against it

3. you ought to inform him that the pertussis vax doesn't prevent transmission. He should know that.
