I'd like to have some on hand in case, and was wondering what the difference is. Are both equally effective?

*I posted here because I'm specifically thinking about vaccine available diseases (and here was the place I learned about it )*

Take a look at the "nutrition and immunity" thread in the archives somewhere...If I recall, MT described how SA was the preferred one to use and the mechanism behind it...
