Hypothetically speaking, if you had a just-weaned non-vaxed almost 2 year old and were going to travel by plane and go to touristy destinations within the U.S (say Disney in Florida) would you be tempted to vax for anything first?

Nope. Why would I? Things like measles and chicken pox wouldn't be bad enough soon enough to ruin our trip, and it's highly unlikely that your child would catch anything else.

I decided not to. I was considering Pertussis as my mom had told me they had some major outbreaks down there. But we'll just take our chances and deal with it if we cross that bridge.

Thanks to everyone for your very helpful comments.
