This is, hands down, my favorite recycled item EVER, lol!
I thought you might get a kick out of a project my husband and I spent a few weeks working on. We re-purposed an old entertainment center that we had and didn't use and we turned it in to a play kitchen for my daughter instead! I thought other "green" mamas would appreciate that we didn't just take it to the dump.
I'm too lazy to re-type it all (*blush*) but here's a link to it on my blog : http://www.parrforthecourse.com/2012/01/our-diy-play-kitchen-pipers-christmas.html
She absolutely LOVES it and I am so pleased with the way it turned out!! :)
That is like, the cutest play kitchen I have EVER seen! I want one!
None of the ideas expressed above are actually mine. They are told to me by Luthor and Ferdinand, the five inch tall space aliens who live under my desk. In return for these ideas, I have given them permission to eat any dust bunnies they may find under there.
