What about a swim suit for you DP? Our childbirth teacher added that to the list of things we should bring so none of the nurses got surprised by a naked man in the tub or shower when they were only expecting you.

lol no my husband won't get into the birthing tub with me. This is our second water birth...it won't happen. Also there aren't any nurses at the birth center, just our midwife.

My son on the other hand, I haven't taken a bath alone since he started crawling. If he catches one of us in the shower he strips down and jumps in for us to fill the bathtub up.

AHHH, I totally need to pack a bag! I haven't even washed the baby clothes yet! I did make a list though. Besides clothes and stuff, I think I will bring some crackers, extra socks, and the doll we are giving DD after the birth. I can't believe it is coming up so fast!

Not in your DDC, but what about any CDs? does the birth center have a cd player? What about phone chargers in case it dies while talking? Well, I guess you can't pack that in advance since you are using them.

Do you all have a last minute pack list of things you can't really pack very well ahead of time?

Alicia, wife to an loving and faithful DH, and mama to three fantastic though nutty children (cs, then an HBAC, then a VBAC!!).
