I was wondering if anyone has any favorite prenatal exercise videos. I'm looking at Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea, Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga, and the Perfect Pregnancy Workout but am having a hard time deciding. I think I'm going to feel a little more energetic soon and I'm not really *wanting* to exercise yet but I know I should.
I have not been wanting to workout either, but I always feel better after I do. I just do it and don't give it much thought.
I checked out some Yoga videos from the library. I liked the Yoga Pregnancy by Yoga fit pregnancy. I was still hoping for a bit more of a challenge, but it was better than the others, maybe if it had been longer than 30 min? I try to do yoga or pilates 1 time a week for core work, but generally perfer higher paced workouts.
