When I get my energy back, I will:
-- bike into work again
-- go to the farm stand instead of the (closer) supermarket
-- plan a meal more than 10 minutes in advance
-- clean up the guest room for my inlaws' visit
-- finish painting the baby's bedroom, or rather get DH to do it

Help DH clean out the bedroom and build our headboard and set it all up so its a beautiful space for us and the new babe.

Exercise on the new equipment we have!

Eat better/more fruits veggies (I've lost 8 pounds, not a huge deal since I'm a big woman but its so frustrating to be hungry/sick to my stomach all the time!).

Clean and rearrange Orion's room

Set up the napping/room nursery for the new baby's things too (even though they'll be sleeping with us for a long time anyhow!).

Lisa, mama to Orion (7) , Fiona Star (born sleeping @ 38wks 12/6/08) , our bitty (m/c 7/27/09) , and Charlotte Athena (11/5/10)

Hah...right around the time I will probably start feeling a bit better I will:

Have a cerclage
Be on strict bedrest for a few days
Be on modified bedrest for a few months

I should be able to get up again when I'm just big enough and unwieldy and out of shape enough that I'll be lucky to be able to hobble around the grocery store. Whoo hoo!

I have been told that if you have the room open and windows open, you are more than likely going to be fine. You might still want to have a mask on. You have to also realize that paints aren't so horribly filled with chemicals that they once were. Same thing with coloring your hair...there isn't the chemicals in there that there once was.

Let's see, the main think on my list is to unpack my house. I have to wash clothes that we put in tubs because we didn't have time to wash them. I have to rehang all of my pictures. I have to find all of my kitchen stuff so I can unpack it before I can even contemplate cooking. EEEEEKKKK!!!!! I don't want to think about all this. We just moved back to Texas. It took all of my energy to pack up so we could leave. After the 13 hour drive home with the family, I can barely muster enough energy to get out of bed.

Glad I'm not the only one!!!

Actually, DH has been helping out with the laundry. I'm very touched by that! So, we're not nudists yet...

However, I will (knowing from my past pregnancy experienes):

--get all of my supplements ready and in order (right now just doing prenatals)!
--get my meal plan fully in order
--start cooking more complicated meals
--have a super clean kitchen and house again!!! Looking forward to that

I'm just looking forward to feeling well rested and not nauseaous!

Perpetually breastfeeding or pregnant ENFP mom to a lot of kids...wife to a midwestern nice guy...living in tropical paradise...pink cats and homebirths rock!

Like many others my list includes:

*clean the house (please don't anyone stop by unexpectedly - we don't always live like slobs)
*eat (anything even if it's not 'good' for me b/c right now very little is making it's way to my stomach)
*maybe DTD

I recently changed my username, but I still say "Hello" to all those who know me in real life! Hi P, S, T and K!

Eat is definitely on the very top of my list.
DTD? What's that? Does it involve my dh? Could it resolve the grouchy mood he's been in? Heck, could it resolve MY grouchy mood? Perhaps I should buy a book, I think I may have forgotten how.
By the time I'm feeling better, the moajority of our stuff will be packed up and stored and we will be somewhere small and temporary and there will not be much to clean up.

Jessica, mama to Emma, 7, Mattie, 5.5 and Lilly, 3 and someone new this Halloween-ish.

- Drive myself to the grocery store (and back , without having to nap in the parking lot )
- Clean!
- Organize!
- Install more relaxing lighting in the living room. Even if that just means a couple of table lamps.
- Paint the nursery, and maybe dining room, with the no-VOC paint brand from Home Depot, or wherever. (VOC = Volatile Organic Compounds, the stuff that off-gases into the house long after it dries).
- Find a comfy, reclining-type couch on craigslist, and get DH to agree to replace our beautiful, practically new couch with it. I treasure my cuddle time with DH, and I hate having to sit in a solo chair because our couch is so rigid an upright that I can't relax in it. When baby comes, I'm going to want that even more.
- Sign up for some classes, especially hypno-birthing, and prenatal yoga. My sister used hypnosis audio CD's with amazing success for pain relief, so I'd just as well consider the CD's, but there's a class in my area, so I'll probably take that. I'm really looking forward to being among other pregnant women, for its own sake!
