But we use Himalayan Salt for cooking. That is the only salt I use. We do not eat any other salt. It contains all 84 minerals and nothing else. While table salt is 'cleaned' of 82 minerals via a chemcial process, thereby causeing an imbalance in the body.

Oh and btw, you can eat your lamp if it's himalayan salt.
We only consume Himalayan salt as well, we think it tastes better and you can't beat it actually being healthy for you
This is to all- the link I posted will tell you about the "benefits" of the lamp. I'm wondering if anyone had actually noticed a differencce in concentration, alertness, quality of air, asthma, etc.
It's certainly a more natural option and the idea behind it makes sense, negative ions, & the colors themselves have therapeutic properties. I'd really like 4, at least 2 but, they aren't exactly cheap, not to me anyway.
