Can someone help me sort out these three oils? What's he low-down on them, good n bad?
I'm looking for a good source of Omega-3 and DHA for me n my family, and keep reading conflicting reports on these (flax oil very good, no flax oil not well absorbed, fish oil better, no fish oil toxic, etc etc).... :

Can someone pls help??

TIA!!

Thanks, bebe luna!
I just have one more question- the article mentioned taking fish oil or cod liver oil based on climate, based on the vit D factor- but what abt the vitamin A?? When I took a look at the oils at Whole Foods, I found that codliver oil has a very high amt of vitamin A, but not fish oil. And excess vit A (a daily dosage already supplies 91% of daily needs) can be toxic too.

Any thoughts??
