Can someone help me sort out these three oils? What's he low-down on them, good n bad?
I'm looking for a good source of Omega-3 and DHA for me n my family, and keep reading conflicting reports on these (flax oil very good, no flax oil not well absorbed, fish oil better, no fish oil toxic, etc etc)....
