Dh had the flu and I've been taking elderberry (which I hope is safe!) and the kiddos and I haven't gotten it. But what all can I be taking during pregnancy? I've never really worried about taking anything, but we have pertussis, flu, viral pneumonia, etc going around here like crazy and I want to make sure I don't get sick!

Super healthy nutrition. Lots of veggies and fruit. Organic when you can.
