I split my pelvis at the symphisis(sp?) pubis giving birth to my darling daughter - that's a cartilege break. Anyone else have this or hear of it?

my chiropractor told me you can tell how many children a female has given birth to by the number of scars on her pubis symphisis (at digs, forensics, etc.)
mine hurt terribly turning over in bed for the last few months of pregnancy, but i've not heard of it splitting - ouch! - all my sympathies for your symphisis, i hope you heal up well!
