does anyon e use or know a reason not to use Little Noses saline spray/drops? active ingredient is sodiom chloride.

I have never heard of that brand in particular, but sodium chloride is just table salt.....

Sounds like a saline drop. If it doesn't have wierd preservatives, like thimerosal for instance, I wouldn't worry about it.

The other ingredients are:
"purified water, glycerin, potassium phosphate monobasic, sodium phosphate dibasic, disodium edetate and benzalkonium chloride (preservative)"
so no thimerosal unless it goes by another name
(BTW how do you pronounce "thimerosal"?)
do these "inactive ingredients" ring any bells?
