I have been losing baby weight and about a wk or two after the weight loss strarted my face started breaking out really bad.
My skin was fine before but now I have pimple after pimple. I haven't changed anything else so it makes me wonder if losing weight is causing a detox and all the stored crap is coming out in my skin. Does that sound possible?
I don't know what to do bc not only does it look horrible but I am in serious pain!
Does anyone know anything about this? Is there anything I can do topically to my skin to make it better? I have always used honey and sugar to clean my face, I am trying baking soda, and I use tto for the breakouts.
Is there anything that I can eat that will improve the situation or help the detoxification process along?
BTW I am EBF my 8 mo. old in case that info is relevant and I don't think it's hormonally related bc I usually don't get my period back until my babes are 21 months (I don't feel like my cycles are returning either).
Please help, the pain is killing me and just making me feel horrible. TIA!
