DD is 3 1/2, showing signs of a developing UTI. DO dried cranberries have the same effect/potency as pure cran juice? Has anyone had any luck with Coconut water or colloidal Silver? Much thanks mamas! As always I grateful for the support!

It's supposed to be the real cranberry juice, not the cocktail version with a lot of sugar. The dried cranberries like craisins usually have tons of sugar as well. Cranberry juice is good for PREVENTING a UTI, but once you have one, I don't have any evidence of it CURING one.
