All natural, no side effects, works for all sorts of problems. Doesn't it sound too good to be true?

Honestly if the price tag is a bit less shocking I would be tempted. I'm sick of going to bathroom all the time. I wonder if anyone here has ever heard of this herbal thing, or do you guys think it looks believable?

Mmmmmmmmm...looks a bit suspect to me. Have you ever given probiotics a try?

...take a look at "The Power of Probiotics" thread.

If you start culturing a yogurt, you will have the best quality GI flora for the less than the cost of a storebought yogurt.

Is it not just aloe? I know several people that take aloe vera juice for GI problems-- usually for healing stuff like stomach viruses & ulcers. But it is a laxative.

I did read some threads about probiotics. It's mind boggling, though. I haven't figured out exactly what to do yet. Of course I know nothing about biochemistry. I'll try to eat more yogurt while we try to figure out exactly what's wrong. Or is supplements better? I think it really feels like some food sensitivity/allergy. I definitely don't want to try anything with laxative quality. I know it's diffferent, but I react very badly to laxatives and could end up in hospital if I take just 1/2 the adult dose.

Thank you for your suggestions.
