What is the best probiotic to give a 4 yo? The only ones I am seeming to find for kids are powders/chewables that dont need to be refrigerated-but I always thought probiotics that were worth anything needed to be refrigerated, right? I really need something strong/of quality, since we are having issues with yeast (on the skin.) TIA!

I give my kids Nature's Way for children--it is primadophilous mainly and it was recommended by our naturopath. It needs refrigerated. HTH! Good luck!

me, dd1, dd2, ds, and #4 due March 1. dbf has 2 of his own, so it will be an adventure!

i like making things.

We use Udos. The kids version is in a powder (needs to be refrigerated) the adults' are in pill form.
