Sorry if this is a really dumb question but I have just started drinking a couple cups a day of herbal tea w/ 8 parts red raspberry leaf, 3 parts alfalfa, 3 parts peppermint, & 2 parts nettle leaf (the recipe is from the Bulk Herb Store). I was reading up on the nutrients in each herb and a couple of them state that they are very dense in Vit A, Vit D and Iron as well as some others. I'm also taking my Rainbow Lite prenatal vitamin. I was trying to look up info on how much of these vitamins are found in the dried herbs but couldn't find any specifics. So it got me wondering if it is possible to get vitamin toxicity from the herbal tea in addition to my prenatal vitamin?
