Can someone please clear my confusion
. How do those thing stand in relation to each other - Cod Liver Oil, Omega-3, DHA/EPA, fish oil.
Are they all the same?
Are they mutually inclusive/exclusive?
Do I need to take all of them? Some of them? How much?
What about taking them in pregnancy or for a child?
I am totally confused...
