I find that my acne on my chin is worse when I touch it a lot. I have PCOS and have facial hair so I tend to cover my chin with my hand a lot. I just restarted electrolysis and my chin acne has cleared up because I'm not touching my chin all the time.

The deep cystic pimples that crop up on the chin and jawline are usually hormonal. Zapping them with a microcurrent usually helps reduce them, but I don't think that's necessarily "natural". I often find using a sulfur based spot treatment much easier on the skin and reduces the acne significantly. HTH!

Dr. Hulda Clark's liver/gallbladder flushing protocol worked for me and many others too. Its the liver's job to regulate hormones and filter the blood and when the liver gets sluggish, the skin can take over and get inflamed with acne in the process of doing so.
